I was up in Camden today and saw the communist party and a load of other threadless tees being sold under a diffrent logo (london somenthing?) Is this illegal?

If it's a real coompany, you should try and get their contact details, take some photos and email Threadless so they can send an angry letter and thhe company will probably comply. But if it's just some scumbag making them himself at the markets he'll probably get away with it.
