White muscle cars?

well the search is over, shortly i'll be purchasing my new car and i've decided to go with the 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus. When the challenger first came out, decades ago, the cool color to get was white... however that was in the 70's... is white still a cool color?

I think it looks pretty stylin'...

I also like this blackberry pearl color...

and i'm eyeing the red

blackberry pearl is my favorite, i've always like muscle cars in a deep blue for some reason

I dunno. I saw blackberry pearl on a different model, and it is straight metallic purple under direct light.

I'd get black. Always black.

I've never really been into white cars. I think out of the available options, I would go with the Tungsten Metallic.. then Black as second choice. Its a popular color yes, but when I see white car, I think toilet bowl. I can't help it.
But I think if you did go white you would have to get some black wheels or something. Else its kinda girly. Just my opinion.

My first car was a '78 white pontiac firebird. It was the biggest piece of shit, but I loved it. I'll never own another white car as long as I live.

Also, white cars show a lot more dirt than silver. If you don't go black, go silver!

Did you ever pull the trigger on the car?

My opinion on the colors issue. There are 2 of these cars at my office, one is in white but has all the extra decal work on the sides to give it black stripes, and the other is the Gun Metal Grey color with big shinny chrome rims. Between the 2 I like the Gun Metal one but between the colors you have above I'd go with the Red one. I miss my Red Mustang convertible at times. I drive a 2012 Black Mustang coupe now and feel the style of the car It gets lost in the black at times.

just about, i'm going to wait until i get back hawaii at the end of the month. Then I'll be going to Phoenix, Vegas or Denver to pick up the car and drive it back home.... still debating the colors... drove a black one to winebocon 3, it's a slick look but i agree it loses some of the beauty of the shape in black.
