Regardless of any bad acting or not, that movie is still Street Fighter, which gets it at least 10% in my book, whereas "Know1ng" looks like the ten-day-old puke of a condemned hobo's zombie.

A movie being part of the Street Fighter franchise actually makes the film go into negative points before even seeing a frame of it. John Claude Van Dam's guile performance took years off my young life and launched me into a depression i'm still coming to terms with.
