They all anti-alias the edges.

If you're going for pixels, the pencil is the way to go.

Well, not really pixels, but just 8 color designs in photoshop. Anti-aliasing is a no-no in the un-simulated world, at least to my knowledge.

Illustrator tends to... delete every line I draw once I draw the next one, and for the life of me I've never been able to get past this and actually do something in it, and I hear that Sonmi somehow makes 8 color designs in PS, so that's what I'm after.

You can still create vector art in Photoshop, using the pen tool.

double click the brush or pencil tool and change the "edit selected paths" box...either uncheck it or change the pixel distances.

I can't wait to get printed on threadless one day, and I'm not going to stop until I do. And then I'll get three more and have my own select tee. ^__^
