I went to a poker tournament last night where no one really knew each other, and there were 7 people there wearing threadless. There was recognition and understanding in the eyes of the threadless wearers as we met across the poker table. It was unspoken, but we instantly bonded. In a situation that was somewhat socially awkward, threadless proved to be an ice breaker and the initiator of some great friendships.
That's awesome :)
Is there a consensus on how to score t-shirt designs?
At the moment I'm going by: 5- I want to buy it right now 4- Nice, I'll probably buy it 3- I like it, but you could change [insert element I don't like] 2- Nice design, but i wouldn't buy it 1- Not cool, needs work 0- wtf, why did you even bother? I mostly score 3s, 2s, & 1s. Am i being too harsh?
It is getting harder and harder to purchase unique shirts. I thought threadless would be there for me in my times of need. But too many people in Australia now know about threadless. I see their awesome shirts all the time on campus now. My friends and I have to keep track of who is buying what shirt so we don't buy the same. You have to get in quick, coz we invariably want to buy the same ones.

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
