I've been struggling with this for a long time now, and I finally decided it's time to suck it up and just ask someone.
How do you get a really nice weathered/worn look over an image in Illustrator?
my ban, atombender, has a nice new batch of tunes. We play fast-paced, hard-hitting punk/ska. I'd love it if you checked us out.

There is only one question of equal importance to that question......Scrunch or fold?
You know what I'm talking about. PS: "Scrunch of Fold?" is my newest slogan. I just thought that it might need a little bit of explaining.
As most of you had no clue about, my band is currently wrapping up recording and production of our first album.
For our cd release party, we wanted to play a couple of cover songs. The only problem is, all of the songs we want to cover have already been covered by other bands. We're looking for a good 80's or 90's song that everbody knows that no bands have already covered and that would sound good in a ska/synth punk sound. Any suggestions?
...for a really cool band poster design website.
I think the blog title was "Cool sites that designers should check out". Help me out!
Pretty obviously self-explanatory.
I know everybody hates text on shirts, but here it is inevitable. Which piece of text would work best on a shirt? A question for the Commodore fans especially.
