Having ordered some awesome shirts this past week, I was pretty pumped to have them arrive on Friday. To my dismay, not only did the package not arrive on Friday, but the my tracking order status said that the package was being held for intercept processing. When I called UPS to get some information on the situation, they said that the package was being held because the receiver requested a change in the shipping address. I AM THE RECEIVER AND I DID NOT REQUEST THAT! They then told me that my package was being shipped to another address and that their hands were tied. They said that the only thing that could be done was to contact threadless. I did contact threadless but I received no response. Now, I am watching my package being shipped to another person's address. This does not make me happy. How could this have happened? Anyways, I hate Mondays...

My package has now been shipped to the wrong address and someone there claimed it! My poor shirts... I am pissed.

UPS shipped my Threadless order to an old address for no reason once. It's like they decided to be renegades because I had a PO Box and rather than hold it at their office like they NORMALLY do, they tried to be detectives. Thank goodness the guy at my old address was cool and held onto the package for me.

You should hire Cheaters and tell them that you think the person at the new address is cheating on you. Use their spy technologies to determine this person's schedule and then go grab your shirts when they're not home. It's foolproof!

sorry to hear about your plight! My first thought was thievery--but how?

I'm a good person. I've never stolen anything (that I can remember, at least). I am always amazed at the new ways folks find to lie, cheat, and steal. Thieves are always one step ahead of the game.

Why is it that good folks rarely have the capacity to think these things up?

I hope Threadless comes through. Point them in this direction--at least it's a documentation of sorts. . .

good luck!

lol that totally sucks.. I hope it works out!

I have had VERY bad experiences with UPS in the past, besides the general annoyances like that they wont leave a package even if I ask them to (always takes like 3 delivery attempts since I"m at school all day). I actually wish Threadless shipping USPS

I think I do need to go undercover to solve this problem.

From what my tracking number on the UPS website says, a JONES signed for the package. I have to track down this JONES character and take back what is rightfully mine. UPS said that they are going to send the local UPS man back to the drop off site to reclaim the package. I have a feeling that guns will be blazin' over my shirts. Who would want to give up such awesome shirts?

Did they say what the new address was? Is it far away? Perhaps you could go yourself and just ask politely if they could give your package back?

UPS told me the new address back on Friday and I told them it was not my address. They told me nothing could be done. I thought about showing up there to get my package but I would have had to call off work. The address is about 35 miles away in Detroit.

No response from threadless and UPS is mystified to how this has happened. The UPS delivery person went back to the residence of where my package was shipped and the person who signed for the package is now denying that the package ever came there and that if he had it, he would not give it up. Beautiful...

Anyone want to go on a special ops recovery mission in Detroit? We have 3 Ts down in hostile enemy territory. The situation is dangerous for the fallen Ts are quite important to all involved. The situation is dire and the cause is for the good of mankind.

That is so UPS' bad. You need to call or go in there and make a huge deal about it, like make a huge deal about it. They get your shirts back or give you the money that you lost because they shipped it to the wrong person

UPS first claimed that I called up and requested the address change. NOT TRUE. Then, they have stuck with the story that Threadless requested the address change. From what Threadless has said, that is not true. When I caught the problem on Friday and tried to warn UPS and Threadless of the mistake, I felt like I was a character in a movie who was attempting to push a child out of the way of a speeding truck while screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO". The only difference between me and the character in the movie was that I was saying "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" for 4 days. A swift recovery of the Ts are needed.

that's what I'm saying. You gotta go in there and make a really really big deal about it. Demand to see whoever is in charge, and blah blah blah. You are the customer, they fucked up

I agree. Complaining is the best thing you can do. I got $200 off my ps3 cause I complained that there was a false advertisement in their ads that said it was $399 not $599. :-)

Not really complaining as just being a huge pain in the ass for them. If you refuse to go away until the problem is fixed they will get the problem fixed. Nothing makes people work harder than the threat of them having to do legitamite work
