How is this not infringing on Lucus' trademark? I know threadless likes to sell lots of shirts by printing crowd-pleasing designs featuring trademarked characters, but I think they are tempting fate. They are making money from these things, without clearance, as far as I know. At some point, someone is going to notice and I would hate to see such an awesome site get shut down. Please, please, please focus on printing creative designs that do not trade on someone else's creation, no matter how funny they are or how well they sell.
No offense--it's a nice design, well done. But this is what the trademark owner would see as a bootleg shirt, and threadless is more easy to find than some booth at a swap meet.

How is this not already copyrighted by the MPAA?

iheartdesign, you have completely missed the point of this design. It's like saying, "I would like this shirt better if it was a pair of pants."
Forgot to say earlier that I think this would look best on the blue or red shirts.

This reminds me of this one time when the crazy, scary kid from Jr High walked through the elementary school playground and stole our ball--and the lunch monitor did nothing about it! Was even she scared of the crazy, scary kid (who later nearly burned down his house while playing with matches in the garage)?
Clearly you don't get it. This is a Mac-style pointer hand, modified to be flipping you off instead. Clever, I think, although I would never wear it myself.
