Hi everyone, I just wanted to bring some attention to my currently-in-the-running design, check it out if you haven't yet!

It's about a boy and his rooftop visitor:

The thing that is bugging me is that denim and several other shirt colors (slate, kiwi...) are not in the tee templates, and I wanted to use a denim-colored shirt in my submission. (denim shirt color is used here: http://www.threadless.com/product/1064/Ad_Noctum)

Can someone enlighten me (and others, I'm sure) about shirt colors that are OK to use in submissions?

Where can I find a definitive list of shirt colors that can be used in submissions?

I am working on a submission and I wanted to use the denim color, as was used in this design. However, in the threadless tee template photoshop file that I downloaded, the color denim is not there (nor is slate). Does that mean designers can't use those colors?

The title of this blog post pertains to the subject of my design submission, which I am linking to, below. I stole the above title from one of the comments on my design.

The subject of my design is a chainsaw-wielding little boy and a fierce-looking Tree. Boy and Tree are about to do battle with each other. Who do you think will win?



My design has reached middle age, and vote rate and comment rate are waning. Like most designers here, I love commentary on my work, so I wanted to redirect some attention to it by posting about it here. (I hope this practice isn't frowned upon? I will stop if so).
