Like it... If only it werent so small :/
I would so buy this, being that Im Military and play the guitar a little [getting better!]... but why is the print so small? its like mainly red.

It may have to do with the fact that this was an early design, and those designs usually were pretty small and simple. Thats a wild guess however, since I wasn't aware of the design submission rules when this was submitted.

It's the first print we've seen in the landscape format too. I don't know that it was the best choice for a print. It's a cool picture but it just doesn't quite fit.

I don't mind the size. I would have just liked it better if it was centered. :S

Someone did ask about whether or not they'd have to use vector designs, because photoshop designs wouldn't scale up to printable size. Maybe it does have to do with the size of the orignal image, which was created before we had access to oversized screens. Can anyone guess if it's likely to have been a vector or raster image originally?

hey guys!

the thought process for this one was to make it look like a scene. it's situated below center to create a low horizon with more "sky" space. we probably could have made it a touch larger, but we thought the overall feeling of the piece outweighed just making it as big as possible and centering it on the sheet.

hope that clears things up! so the question is... does any of that matter or would you rather just have the image centered, large, and in charge?

Haha. Nicely put. I personally am pleased to see a landscape aspect. It definitely suits this particular print better.

Also - I don't think it's all about filling the poster. The size is okay - but as label touched on, the vertical placement is a bit too low. The bottow of the image should probably be about 2/3rds down, imo.

Well as you stated Jeffrey, it pretty much depends on the design. I guess I didn't see it in that perspective but its true. I does give a bit more of a vivid look to the image. Never the less I think the size is just perfect. Too big would have just thrown things off a bit.

if it's meant to be a scene it could use some background or something else going on. If you just use the tshirt image i'd say go large and in charge.

I guess Im not really that new anymore, so Ill update this thing! I have 8 shirts now woo hoo :). I just need to update the pictures now :/ Im terrible.

daughter name Kaleigh, she is 2 and a half, and amazing.

I am in the military and have been in for almost 4 years, I love my job, and the people I work with, I wouldnt change it for the world. If you dont like the military, Im not one of those people who are going to try and force it on you, its your own opinion, what makes me irritated is when people say things that are ignorant as hell. I love and miss all my friends fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, I have personally been there done that and have to say its exciting but scary and stressful at the same time. I might be going back to Afghanistan this year :/ Oh nos.

I am really outgoing and just like to take things as they come, you will never see me with a dayplanner, bc I dont really plan anything! Just go with the flow! :)

I hope to get some designs up soon, but with school, work and my daughter I am always super busy. :)

I love threadless and all my friends I have made here :)
