Hmmm I didn't see this design when it was getting voted on so I am not sure if this was brought up but this is almost a carbon copy of a Gary Larson "Farside" cartoon. All that is missing is the executioner standing there with a palate of paint. I'm not trying to be mean its an awesome tshirt but could there be legal concerns? I scoured the net for a link where you can see a sample of the Farside cartoon but apparently Larson and his lawyers are very good at ceasing and desisting.
