I dont like the bottom triangle interfering with the piano keys though.

I think if you want to make it wider you could have more of the smokey tendrils. as in the green and orange parts coming from their mouths.. you could have more of them coming from lower down like out the sides of the piano, or maybe from the keys

And Kayce, the triangle is there mainly for compositional purposes, otherwise the bottom looks to stable and a bit boring. But you just reminded me that it was supposed to highlight the keys it went over rather than hiding them, thanks for that (gotta fix it!).

I had thought that as well, brendan, but it's supposed to be happy singing, so coming from anywhere else wouldn't make sense.

I might do a sort of equivalent for music coming out of the piano.

this is looking totally awesome.

Its a nice design but i think its a bit too close to all your other submissions... The objects/shapes and lines you use are becoming very repetitive. This is fine and all, being that it is your style, but id like to see you apply your use of line/texture and little hands, feet and faces in a composition that is a bit out of your area of comfort.

Sorry - I should have said characters not figures - yeah the two dudes on the side of the piano. I feel like the overall visual weight of the piano is crushing them a little

Brian- I originally had them bigger but it felt abit cramped for those 2 to coexist there, and I kinda like giving a snes of hugeness tomy main element. And maybe I'm just being defensive, but I think the main focus point is not the big shape, but the play "button" in the middle, and from it your eyes move around looking at the details.

Eric- I see what you mean, but considering this is a still-under-develpoment style don't you think I should first make it than break it? Also, I try to try new stuff with each design, maybe not completely different from the previous one but even when there's clear similarities I think you can still see I'm trying new stuff if you pay enough attention (or maybe I'm just bullshitting you).

Man that was a long comment, I whould just have told you guys to fuck yourselves.

Oh, and my last 3 designs have been(at least partly) different from this one.

I like the clouds but I'm not set on the triangle, because it shifts the placement of the main block over and I think it should be centred.
