Did you earn any cash from threadless?

Just curious, have any of you guys got a design accepted? What did you do with the money? Oh yea and another thing - after the seven days of scoring, when does threadless tell you if they are going to print your design or not? Thanks ;)

Yeah, $100 cash, plus it came as a cheque, and cos it was in dollars the bank took a fee to pay it in. Not complaining though - �40 was damn good for a minute's work.

Shit man. They really need to review that. Slogans are so hard to come up with - does anyone have 2 printed slogans? I suppose there is an outside chance, but you can't come up with them like you can designs. Plus - they're so easy to print, and they constantly repint slogans, and they sell out so fast.

They really should offer more. I'd even say as much as for artwork.

Hmmm. You can't measure the worth of an idea by the amount of time that went into thinking it. If you;re happy, that's cool - but I think the sloganeer get a raw deal. I know they do the artwork for the slogans, but printed slogans are so far and few between - they should be rewarded better IMO.

I once got notified less then 48 hours after voting ended. This may be rare though.

I've always been curious about how long it takes to be notified of a winning design.

Because one design I submitted received 3.04, and I was under the impression that anything over 3.00 was basically an auto-print. 190 days later... nothing!

Yeah I was curious because you hear all about the low-scoring gem, but I never hear anything about the high-scoring losers. How often does this happen?
