Missing threadless order *rant*

Order shipped from USA on 2 December 2007.
Today is 8 Jan 2008 and no package here in Australia.

Previous order was economy shipping (1-3 weeks) but took more like 5 weeks. So this time I paid extra thinking that if they promise 7-10 days then surely 3 weeks is a decent buffer.

6 weeks and counting....... Worried it has gone forever.

Anyone else had this happen???????

todow, when I emailed they said it could take up to 5 wks.
Waited out 5 weeks - emailed again. To help me track this end asked for exact shipping date/codes/exact mailing address on the package.
No reply.

Good Lord I hope it went to AustRALIA not Austria.

As much as I love the idea of my tees travelling on their own in the big wide world I just wants mah shoits now.

they've been very nice on email though & apparently are sending replacements ...in another 5 weeks i guess.

don't forget you're also dealing with australia post (arrgh), so go to your closest 2 post offices & ask if they've got a package for you sitting in the back cos they sometimes 'forget' to leave the card.

I recently got an extra t-shirt. I ordered one girly small for my girlfriend. I got two in the same package. The other one was meant for someone in California. I contacted customer service - I guess I'll be hearing back from them soon. Orders do get messed up I guess.

same story, the other way round... I am from austria, ordered about 1 1/2 months ago, and didn´t got it up to now...probably it went to australia...hopefully the shirts will arrive somehow.

Ohhhh yes. People from Austria and Australia must spell the whole country out to makes double sure things don't go 'round-ways across the world.

i'm also from austria - and since i ordered on the 16th of august i'm kinda worried that my tees are on a world trip without me..
it happened to me once! (but not at threadless)
