resubmitting?
so if I just submitted a design, got some good feedback, and now I want to resubmit it with changes, are there guidelines? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time?

You can resubmit it with some changes, there are now rules regarding submitting the same design again, but it's not worthy to submit if you haven't made any major changes to it.
