I was. They let me know the week before they printed it. but it was up for voting probably for 3 or 4 weeks

With my win, i knew like a month and a half before. But like mr. rolf demonstrated, it varies but i think they are getting better at telling us earlier now.

There is no time line of when it can be chosen... could be a month or even a year later.
