UV light tattoos.
All I can say is that they are intense. I just found out about it a few minutes ago.
I wouldn't really want one, but it would be really cool to have one.
The only thing is you could only see the full effect under black light, which would be a bummer.
Unless you worked in laser tag.

my skin goes super blotchy and freckled under UV light so i avoid it. this would be wasted on me.

I don't think I would be any more wary of UV ink than any other ink. But I don't know about healthiest either.

Maybe I can get a tattoo with like.. antioxidant inks. That would be healthy.
