0 - I don't like anthing about your submission. Epic effin' fail
1 - I really don't like your style, or the subject, but there is something likeable to it
2 - I don't like the sub, but there're a few things right
3 - I can appreciate your sub. I'm just not totally in love with it
4 - I really like your sub, a few things could be improved on. If it gets printed, I might buy it
