I am getting so sad and frustrated!! I cannot get those nifty picture points, cause i can't upload my picture right. Everytime I try (with various pictures. dork, I know!) it just doesn't work! It either cuts off my head or zooms in to an awkward close up.


please please help! i'm normally so good with computers.
