I think Potato horrors is the way to go, I'm cured is pretty funny as well although it needs a bit more focus for the joke to pop quickly. Maybe the hot dog in a hospital bed with a nitrate IV going into him, and the doctor is holding a prognosis sheet up that says "You're Cured!" or something like that, lol.

Maybe with the identity crisis you could have an apple coming into the stomach and the worm being REALLY excited about it? That one seems more of a comic than a t-shirt design, although having the stomach lined up on the shirt with the wearer's approximate stomach area is always a fun addition.

potato horrors needs a little better separation between the potato in the foreground and the mashed potatoes in the background. Looks like they are connected/massive potato tumor action at the moment.

Update: I reduced the color count, and added some tater tot demons, (copy and paste for now, I'll redraw the second one). Now on Olive or Fatigue green.
