about Cowichan
The beaver love is my favorite part, for sure. The CBC logos in the back, however, are indeed quite sweet."Hey Thomas, how do you always wear such awesome shirts?" —man's gotta look cool, babe. "Yeah, I hear ya."
1. Buy a handmade cable knit.
2. Wear it 'till it's stretched and stinky. 3. Lose 20 pounds. 4. Get your mom to wash it. 5. Now it's shrunk, but so are you! 6. Was poetic about how much you love it. 7. Write about it in your blog, loser.
I'm thinking of trying out knitting as a hobby. Do you think it's too feminine? I watched my aunt do it for 3 hours one day, and it looks to be the right combination of frustration and relaxation for me to waste my time on. Sort of like a simple computer game, but with a tangible end product. I once saw a "Knitting Man(ual)" book in Halifax to teach knitting specifically to men. I wonder if it's still there...
I think I'll take some photos of me in my Threadless gear tomorrow, that way I can both save money on my upcoming purchases whilst looking fly in my spiffy duds. Be prepared. And scared. |
