I'm not positive if it is the lowest but Mona Prankster scored a 1.75 and still got printed. It's sold out even.

they have been printing almost 1 lower scoring print a week. like 1.98 to 2.33.

yeah but ahm... that neon monkey was really awful.. just.. AWFUL :/ And it sold out!!! :O
