Question regarding hoodies

about Now I Know My ABC's

i bought a hoody during the HOODY sale a couple of weeks back...

i was going to get ten of them but i didnt know for sure what fits me...

i ended up getting one a size larger than me... well anyway.. i got the hoody version of this design and the cloth looks like crap now... its got some black things on it...

should i return it??? how can i save it?

you're probably going to have to be more specific than "black things on it".

i dont know what you call it other than its messed up... pictures would probably help as well...

in text, the cloth was very smooth before washing and now it has cottons flaking off.. it was like one of those halloween fake webs that you can stretch forever...
