the concept is kinda different. their unicorn is already dead and tied to a spit. the dragon's fire-breathing isn't being used to attack the unicorn, but to roast it.

there might be the same general thought behind both designs but they're completely different in both concept and execution.

dragon vs unicorn is not the most original idea ever thats all, the way its used in your design is, and also the way its used in the other, but calling it a rip just because its a dragon vs a unicorn I dont think you have much of a case, thats all...
