I love Threadless and have made number of purchases on their site, but they really disappointed me this weekend.
I made a $50 purchase on their site, and received the confirmation in my e-mail, as usual, but this time there was another order. The second order was completely different from the first, so I know I didn't accidentally order it twice. I proceeded to try and log on and cancel that order, but I was told the order could not be found. I checked my bank hoping it would not go through, but both orders were charged. Then I e-mailed Threadless trusting that they will help me cancel the order, while still trying to log into the second order everyday. Threadless e-mailed me back and told me that it was my fault that the second order was charged to me and that they can't do anything about it. I was also told that I would be charged for the shipping and return shipping if I choose to return the order. I e-mailed them back and told them that the items have not be shipped out yet, and that there must be something they can do. No one e-mailed me back. The items have been shipped and the charges processed. This makes me so sad... I can't believe a store that I support and love really doesn't care about me. I've done everything I can and no one will help me. I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore if this is the way they want to make money. |
