Is larger then that but it wasnt declined for the voting, but maybe will it be if its in the top 300 designs?

is larger then that too. Would that be denied?

But ive seen a lot of shirts with bigger design size then that, even some that are all over the front which have been printed. So whats up with that rule?

So my newest design is called inked in the critique area. Someone has pointed out that they have done a similar design before. They both are of an octopus squirting ink but done in our own unique styles. Since octopi squirt ink its not an origonal idea i am stealing from him, yet it is bugging me enough to ask for advice. So if you could look at my design and take his link to see his and then tell me if i should still pursue mine that would be great. Thanks for all who takes the time to look at this.
