According to threadless "The design must be within a 13 x 16 inch area"

Is larger then that but it wasnt declined for the voting, but maybe will it be if its in the top 300 designs?

is larger then that too. Would that be denied?

But ive seen a lot of shirts with bigger design size then that, even some that are all over the front which have been printed. So whats up with that rule?

I think you'll be fine if you don't take up the entire torso. if it gets chosen the good people at Threadless can do simple sizing, i don't think it is beyond their capabilities.
