I found this site believe it or not in a UK Magazine called EMPIRE, so I had to check it out. Since September I've bought nearly 200.00 worth of shirts, mostly 1 or 2 each week that comes out, and the Christmas Sale was amazing, and really sad to see go away. I was just starting to recruit new Threadless buyers while they were still 10 bucks. While they check the site often I check it every day in hopes of new shirts/info/news/cool subs. Anyways what the post is really about is the Dec. 24th Shirts, while I do find artistically beautifully, I was a bit disappointed with the selection of shirts. I congratulate all the winners but I felt they only appealed to the "artsy" side of every member here. And while I do love the Select shirts I would have liked to have seen Type Tees, to buy with the holiday cash. Anyways I hope the New years brings lots of good things for me and my friends, as Threadless is now the easiest Shopping tool for any occasion, which is nice because I always seemed to procrastinate with birthdays..maybe I'll make that my news years resolution.

Anyways I hope Todays selection is full of variety as I am excited about buying more.

-Cheers!
Matt

P.S. If anyone knows where the blog is that shows the shirts that will be on sale today, let me know as I can't seem to find it.

Here is the article in which I was drawn to threadless.

Also the article reads which again my mistake is in EMPIRE another UK Movie Magazine:

"THE LIST
2.) Threadless.com
Greatest T-Shirt website of all time. Check Out Particularly the works of Olly Moss and even more particularly 'Spoilt'. Tis Genius.

-Empire September 2007, Page 19."

GQ is not a movie magazine!

Ack! I did say GQ, my appologies! I meant to say Total Film which is a European Magazine. Sorry! and to answer your question I am American, I just enjoy other countries magazines. :)

Fear not. The $10 sale comes round again, from time to time-sometimes for only a week, and around major events(like back to school). You just gotta keep coming back and keep the love flowing :)

i really want to see Be Kind Rewind!

do you read Sight and Sound magazine?

i can tell you're a film student by your top 20 films. i like your lists but it always bugs me that film students all like the same 30 odd films and always have a Kubrick film in their faves list lol.

Ah yes my list is rather "universal" and full of critically acclaimed hits, however Kubrick is on there for the mere reason A Clockwork Orange is entertaining to watch the psychological trails of a man and his transformation as a human, from antagonist to protagonist, Kubrick was great at telling a story. No cinematic feat, just a good movie. I do not read Sight and Sound but I do pass it every day at work, I will have to pick it up.

you really should! my old film-fan buddy would always read it. But it was too dense for me and i could never tell if they liked the films or not? (i need quick-fire star ratings)

Clockwork Orange is one of my faves too but i've just seen met too many film students i guess?

All about me

I have been creating Graphics since I first got a computer (a Windows 95, Dell,LOL) anyways, I've always been interested in Art, thats why my major is in Cinematography. I found this site in a movie magazine published in Europe, and since then I am addicted to it... I just wish my difference check didn't come in..because now I have an excuse to spend it.
