Slogans need ratings, Please!

Please vote on my slogans and if you want to give any suggestions how to improve them or if you want me to explain one (so maybe it could get a better rating) or just if you want to give me general feedback, please leave me comments.
(sorry, I realize a lot of people must do this self-promotion, but there are a couple slogans I really like and hope you do too)
I like to check out slogans other people wrote, and I am likely to check out an entire page and rate them all rather than just using the rating page and do one at a time. So please check out my entire page and rate all the way to the bottom. I will do the same for you!

"Everyone Exaggerates" is funny and the questioning authority one. My advice is to delete slogans with less than 20% approval...it's easier for people to vote on the choice slogans and it makes your slogan page cleaner.

Some good ones here! Agreed that it's a bit tough to get through the low-popularity options. Maybe pare down to the ones that you/others like best? Keep up the good work.

I think that some slogans you have wouldn't really work well on a shirt, like I'm gonna take your picture...1...2...3...4 (you: WHAT?!) CLICK!, or the one about LOL?. like, those might be funny if said in conversation, but they don't really makes sense on a shirt unless you're in a very unique situation.

also, isn't the pockets in pajamas one a Demitri Martin joke, or something? and Chuck Norris puns are a dime a dozen. think outside the box (:

I realize some of mine may be awkward for a shirt, but then again some of the ones that have been printed seem awkward. So I'd figure I'd give it a shot, as long as I thought it was humorous.

I see people with hundreds of votes on their slogans, how can I get even close to that? The most any of mine have is 40, and most can't seem to get more than 30. (this isn't meant to be mean or rude) Do people just get too lazy to vote on more than 10? I realize I have a lot on my page, but there are (now) less than 60 available for voting. I even deleted the ones I removed from voting so as to make the scroll bar longer and seem less imposing to someone not wanting to scroll down too much.

I am still hesitant to delete some more until I have more votes.

Gosh, I must sound like a whiner, and for that I do apologize. :/

I'm not worried about keeping my page short anymore. Some of the slogans I submit are more for a laugh now. I realize there are some that won't work on shirts, but I hope they give you a chuckle or two, at the very least a smile.

I like the mime one and one about questioning authority. I voted for both of them.

You might want to do a little weeding. It makes it easier to see the good ones if there aren't so many others around, plus it increases the quality of the ones that are up.

Gave your best ones a boost : ) Some could really be deleted, though, they just make searching for the goodies more difficult... deleting is great since they still stay on the page but at the bottom. And since there is an undelete feature by now you can even breath the life back in later on.

Some good ones there but you really need to spring clean. Where you have a few versions of the same slogan choose the best one and delete the low scoring ones - I know they're your babies but you need to be ruthless!

Some partial cleaning has been done. (I undeleted all of mine, but left them up for a bit to see if anyone would like them now, but I guess not, so I'm re-deleting them, but not forever.)

The "Mime" and "Authority" ones are good. Check mine out. As many have already said, you should definitely delete anything below a 30. Having a bunch of low rated slogans doesn't really look good

Haha, there are some pretty good ones there. And yeah, like someone said before, perhaps you could clean the page up a little, I'm sure I saw a slogan submitted twice there.

Oh and "When I try to get with the program, someone changes the channel." is great, and like other, I love the "EVERYONE exaggerates" one. Good work!

jaywalkergraphics: My favorite was this one: "Axe me about annoying pronunciation issues." I'm originally from NJ and that's how we all say Ask, so that one was great for me.

I also liked the calculator one, the gloves one, the abbreviation one, and the grudge one most, along with a bunch of other good ones you have.

I currently have really long hair, and people pester me all the time to cut it, so I think that'd be a great response shirt for me.

Oh, there are a couple that I'll be deleting if they don't improve soon. BUT I need at least 50 votes to decide. The ones that are on the brink are almost there, but not quite, so root for your favorites if you think they're in danger. (haha, sounds like American Idol) Spread the word about the best ones and hopefully I can make a better decision as to which ones to remove.

All about me

I am a college student and a Kroger employee. I am really crazy with energy sometimes and too many people take me too seriously so they think I am just really strange. I'm trying to write original stuff here. . .

I like writing slogans. . .a lot. I write them in the margins of my notebooks while sitting through boring classes. I text them to my Xanga pulse (it's sorta like twitter, dudes) so I won't forget them by the time I get home from work. I repeat a lot of the ones I like (even one's by other people) to people in real life, just to see if they get a good reaction.

I always seem to be busy, but I never seem to get anything accomplished.

I have a lot more threadless shirts than I have pictured. I get a lot of compliments and laughs when I wear them (almost everyday), so thanks everyone here! I always get really excited when I see someone else wearing a threadless shirt, and I let them know that I know it is one. It's like being a member of an awesome club, but only the other members know you're in it. I got doubly excited when someone is wearing a shirt that I also own. I went to a leadership conference for my student government and the motivational speaker was wearing Partly Hungry Skies. I shouted him out and we had a nice little nod of knowing. We connected on a higher level than all the rest of the kids there. Yay.

I think I'll write some more eventually.
