Where is My Threadless Order?

So, I bought 8 shirts on the very first day of the Holiday sale (Nov. 19), they were packaged and shipped on the same day, and they still haven't arrived. I even paid extra for faster shipping! :(

Everyday I rush home only to have my hopes and dreams crushed yet again.

I mean, I live in Western Canada but when I placed an order in September I got them within the week! Why is it taking so long for my awesomeness to arrive? Christmas rush? An excess number of Canadians buying from American sites due the exchange?

It'll be really disappointing if I don't get my order before the sale ends after ordering on the first day!

Anybody else dealing with slow shipping?

P.S. It's also brutal because I have no tracking number!

e-mail them about this, same thing happened to me once and they took care of it right quick.

Go to "My Account" at the top of this page. The got to "My Orders" underneath that. Select the appropriate order, and it will have a tracking option.

and if none of the tracking options work for you, you may be in the same boat I was, have you e-mailed them yet?

Yeah, I guess I should e-mail them about this... the thing is though I'll be really ticked if they have to re-ship it. Over half of my order is now sold out! Honestly, refunding my order and giving me a $5 coupon for my trouble would not ease my pain at all... :(

And about the tracking number, I have no tracking number. In September my order was shipped through "DHL Globalmail Parcel" and had one. Now my November order was shipped through "UPS Mail Innovations Priority" and doesn't. So I have no idea where it could be.

I had that issue once and it tunred out that Canadian Customs got there hands on it and charged me ten more bucks and such so that might be it.

I don't really get Canadian customs... can't they not do that because I paid GST and whatnot?

Or do they just pick up random packages, charge a fee, then expect people to mail them proof that they paid GST , and then relunctantly reimburse you?

I have no idea... (and also had no problems last time with an even bigger order).

To top it all off I arrived home today to find a sticky on my door saying I should pick up a package at my local Canada Post! I knew that if I took the time to write a blog the Threadless Gods would pull through!

...Although for some reason Canada Post thinks they can charge me $10.40 for my "package." Wtf?

holy crap? so we still need to pay customs on tees? i thought that we didnt have to since they added the canadian tax thing to the price

Hey ive had the same problem too. My order shipped on September 6th and its now the 27th , they said it would be shipped between September 13th - 27th , Hopefully i get my tees sometime this week i honestly don't want to wait till Oct 11
