I don't know If I should take offense to this design or not because I am Native American, and I don't know what the designer is trying to address.

I know where your coming from. This reminds me of how ridicuous people look when they prefer Native American mascots. I want it just so I can make that point. I come from a school that just retired theirs and there is a lot of bitterness on campus. I want to show them how offensive it is.
