Dropped...

My design was dropped yesterday, but I still haven't had the email to actually give me the reason why. How long does it normally take?

you don't actually get one. I'm not quite sure what they were referring to in the post that mentioned email.

You won't get an email. It was dropped because after either a day and at least 100 votes it didn't score high enough relative to other designs and number of "I'd buy it's". The score they'd drop a design at used to be 1.5 but then it changed to more complex mathematics which they haven't really revealed, so sometimes things carry through to seven days with scores lower than that and sometimes things get dropped with scores higher. But in short, it just didn't score high enough.
