Actually 'fulfilment is also an accepted spelling for the word.

Not everyone uses Americanised spelling. Or if you prefer, Americanized spelling

No, the designer of this shirt is based in the UK. He spelled it fine.

Okay, I hadn't realized you could spell it the other way...so I checked in the dictionary. Sry, sometimes, I can be a perfectionist. An American perfectionist. ^-^
