Sizing are kids t's an option if you are 5ft 2 - Newbie question

Hi All,

As a newbie shopper I was just wondering if Kids t's r an option? I am only 5f 2 and really hate long t's. I was considering buying a kids 12 instead of a ladies medium - any suggestions?

Also I have read that some of the yellow t's seem to come that bit bigger is this right or a urban yellow t-shirt myth?
