Just got first order using the new shipping (Mail Innovations). Took 3 weeks and 3 days~ to get to NZ, last two shipments were only around 10~ days.



Maybe they're more reliable but... take twice as long?

some shipments took longer than usual, but a couple came really fast. one shipment came about 24 hours after placing the order, but that hasn't happened again...anyway, that's what my experience has been.

I have never liked UPS. Every job I've worked that involved that company brought nothing but trouble. Be it late shipments, lazy and rude employees or outright theft, I have had very few good experiences with them.

I've got 3 orders I'm waiting for at the moment... I've been waiting for one of my orders for 3 weeks as of today.



At least I know its not just me.



The last order I placed with the globalmail thing arrived inside 2 weeks.



Seriously threadless, how about giving international customers an international express option... Or at least something with tracking capabilities.



I know I'd be happier and would pay a bit extra if I could get my orders faster or at least be able to track them so I know the mailman hasn't flogged my shirts.



I'd like to order more shirts, but at the moment I'm a bit nervous about it as these other orders are taking so long.

YES! Finally, a more reliable shipping method!!



I had an order which was sent last JUNE - and it hasn't arrived yet. My local post office keeps telling me that they haven't received anything yet, and I keep calling DHL, and they keep telling me that I can't track my order because I have no tracking number. -_-



I keep contacting Customer service, and what I like best is their responsiveness. They sent me replacement orders, but they haven't arrived yet though. It's DHL's fault, i think. hahaha..



But twas goodnews that there is a new option!!!

Got mine today, and it took much much lnger than usual.

I noticed that the orders have been taking longer too. I usually would get my orders in 2-3 days, now it takes about a week or so.

There's litle better than the satisfaction of ripping open the shirt casing... But even that takes work... lol

Or opening the box if you ordered a lot, that's fun too :-)

How big does your order need to be to qualify for a box!?

lol...More than I would like to admit to buying at once.

I got 3 aqr once once, and they all came in the same shirt package. I'm guessing it takes at least 4 or 5 to get a box!

Honestly though, I think I ordered about 9 shirts when I got the box. It was my first order. :-)

I've got 14 shirts and 2 hoodies spread over the 3 orders I'm waiting for.

I normally don't order that many at once, but I had just discovered the wonders of Threadless and went a little nuts...lol

And I've got another 6 in my cart waiting for Mondays shirts.

I just rang home to see if mine arrived today... No luck :(

I think it took longer because of the sale.

I don't think any of you guys thought of that.

I got in my order on time like always.

I was scared of how long it would take since last time I ordered I lived in a different city but it took exactly 4 days to get to me.

I only have one shirt I'm waiting on this time, the reprint of Star Men in Moon's Milk.

Ok, I looked at my order history and saw how many shirts exactly I had to get to get a box...19, but that was during the $10 sale. That's still a lot though...lol.

old shipping was much faster... also, does it have anything to do with the new shipping company that threadless no longer reliably tells you when your order has shipped? I got an email the other day that my order had shipped, but I was wearing the shirt... It had come a week before.

They weren't all for me though, but most of em were...lol.

xnarx - the hoodie sale was much more recent than 3 weeks and 3 days ago. And that is from when it changed to shipped status, not when I ordered it. It took 4 weeks from when I ordered it.



I want threadless homing pigeons to deliver my shirts.

I liked the old shipping better; old shipping took 1 week, new shipping takes almost 2 weeks......



waiting is unbearable for me... sorry....

I'm still waiting for Derby of the Damned, placed on october 8th. It's still within the 3 weeks, but I used to get things in a week.

I've ordered things during sales before, but it seems like the one I put in during the hoody sale has been taking a long while to process. It's been "packaged" for quite a few days now, and while I'm betting it's already on its way, I kinda wish I could track it and see its progress :/

I'm not international, but I do miss the old method, and I do think things are taking longer. Of the various shipping companies I've dealt with, I dislike UPS the most. They have really crappy customer service.

I made an order on the 11th - still has not showed up

I live in Singapore btw, so it's international for me, seems like it has been the case for most of us that it takes longer now huh. For me it was a week for previous shipments but now it takes 2.



Pretty much preferred the old shipping method..

Mine took about the same amount of time, but my status is still listed as Being Packaged.



I've never had many problems with UPS. The guy that delivers here is kind of cute, and even if something is supposed to be delivered to the post office he'll just bring it up here.

What happens if your package vanishes?

I'm a bit concerned that an order shipped on the 12th has arrived while I'm still waiting for an order that shipped on the 5th.

Especially now that 3 of the 6 in the order are now sold out!

My "Mail Innovations"-shipped order took a week longer. I've never had anything but trouble with UPS.

Understand that we are given the option of choosing between 'Mail Innovations' & 'Global Priority Mail' with varying prices.



However, when they first changed to the new method, I paid the price for Priority Mail and got my package sent by Mail Innovations.

Phew! My missing order *finally* arrived today...

now that they're doing some inventory check, my awesome 'Halt! Who Goes There' is really being halted now...=(

I just got a package which took 5 weeks and 1 day. I decided to give it 1 more day after the 5 week max period to see if it would arrive before contacting Threadless - amazingly, it came on that day.



Has anyone heard from Threadless on whether they're going to be doing anything about the Mail Innovations debacle? What's the "innovation" anyway? Tying the package to a dolphin?



It's not spite, but that's my last order until I hear they've sorted it out. 7-8 days is the standard for International Airmail to NZ. Anything over 2 weeks is just too long to wait for me.

There is now an 'express' option which they say is 5 to 10 days delivery... I placed an order through it the other day... We'll see if its any faster.





Still waiting for my hoodies from the sale :(
