Glow in the dark picture
For those who were curious about the "glow in the dark" aspect of this design, I decided to take a picture! Keep in mind, this is on the hoody, but I don't see any differences between a tee and a hoody as far as the design goes. Anyway...

Expose it to light for a bit, and then it glows.



Unless you mean taking a picture...then you need to lower the shutter speed.
