I've asked about my burial wishes. It's not like in a will or anything. I understand the need some people have ,be it psychological or religious, to be buried in a coffin with a headstone. At the same time I live in this arid desert and one of the most beautiful places in town is this old cemetery (it's next to a bunch of cheap motels where people take hookers but that's besides the point). It has tons of huge, old beautiful trees and is shady and green. I imagine people being able to have picnics and play sports but they can't cause it's full of thousands of headstones. When I die I want my ashes put in a hole along with a sapling. When the tree grows maybe I can get a plaque on the tree but I really don't care. I want there to be cemeteries like this so that people can celebrate life more while paying respects.

Body Worlds was really cool... I think I've heard a lot of people are banning it now because of some controversies about how they obtained the bodies or something...

lemonalle- There's a reason that if you went to see the Bodies Exhibit in NYC you can get a full refund - they use undocumented corpses, many beleived to be Chinese dissidents.

We had the "Bodies" exhibit at my work (like Body Worlds just a different company) for about a year. the bodies are really neat but vey creepy when your in a room alone with them.

The Chinese Bureau of Police may receive bodies from Chinese prisons. Premier cannot independently verify that the human remains you are viewing are not those of persons who were incarcerated in Chinese prisons.

-This exhibit displays full body cadavers as well as human body parts, organs, fetuses and embryos that come from cadavers of Chinese citizens or residents. Tracer, that body was the most interesting one to watch them pack up. It's filled with a liquid ( not sure what) and when they get ready to move it to the next venue they drain all the liquid out and then pack regular plastic wrap in and around all the veins and then wrap it in a blanket.

body worlds is pretty tight. saw it at the science and industry in chicago. the girl i was dating at the time was in med school, and she even thought it was creepy. i dug it though.

the lean cuisines coment made my day whoever posted that.
