I submitted my first design more than a week ago, and it's finally wrapping up. It's a good thing, too, because I found myself checking the darn page every couple of minutes to see if anybody else voted on it. It's inevitable that each design on this website will get a few hundred votes, so I'm not sure what I was waiting for. I guess I was hoping that people would like the design SO MUCH that they would tell all of their friends and an onslaught of people would come and give said design 5$ ratings.

We study the past to prevent the same mistake from happening in the future. I feel enlightened after having analyzed the mistakes I made in the last running. ...And yet, I just entered my second design and am already checking it periodically to see if it's up and running.

I should remember that Threadless promises to send me an email when the design is in the competition. So far, they haven't let me down. And so, I go back to work. At least for the next two minutes.
