Damnit! Threadless ate most of my post! Grr. Oh, well. I was really excited to see the sale today, so I hurried and snatched two Airgyle prints up for my boys. They are going to look SO stinkin' cute in these! I think I'll get their pro photos done once they arrive in the mail. My boys look cute in anything, but come on... adorable matching shirts that are SO punkified and masculine? I couldn't resist!!

*smirk!*

On other important news, my first order from Threadless is due to arrive TOMORROW! That means Hubby's Poker Values shirt and my Butterfly Fish shirt will be here! Yay! I just hope that UPS doesn't come by while I'm at the gym. *Hmph* That would suck!

I'm so excited. I recently purchased two shirts from threadless, my very first ones. I bought Butterfly Fish for myself, and for my husband, Poker Hand Values. Why Poker Hand Values? Well, my husband is a difficult person to go clothes shopping for. He's conservative in his style, and due his colorblindness, has trouble trouble picking out clothes that match. This presents a problem for him as he needs to look professional (or at least older than the age of 4) most of the time. He tends to stick with darker colors and has always favored picking out his own clothes. I love to shop, though, so I've always wanted to buy clothes for him but he always protests. I won this year during Father's Day when I couldn't think of a single thing to get him and our son, Troy, happened to grab a shirt off of a rack saying, "This!" This indeed! It was a nice looking layered shirt, so I got it in hubby's size and despite his protests in the past, he actually enjoyed that we got him that shirt!
Now I'm being sneaky and deceptive by purchasing him more 'cool' clothes on threadless, slowly veering away from the bland and boring. Bruce (hubby) loves to drive out to Wendover, NV to play a few games, so when I was searching the catalog trying to find something, anything that would give me a good reason, for him, to let ME buy an awesome threadless shirt for myself, I came across Poker Hand Values. Bingo! Perfection! It's simple but profound, it's clean and crisp, and has a bold, "I like playing cards" statement. He'll love it! Ha! *I* love it! I can't wait to get it in the mail, it should arrive any day now. Sweet, sweet success!
