Not Only Am I bored and waiting for Sleepiness to set... I'm wondering. What's a good program to use for Shirt Designs?

I've fallen in love with this design so much. I mean, not anytime soon. But eventually. Maybe within a handful of years from now, but the thing is... if I have it placed just like on the shirt (except starting at my collar bone), what about the nipple?
I keep "reprinting" will work or not? Because I've done it for like 2 minutes straight :). I'm assuming it does, or there would be tons of reprints.
