about Cooking With Friends
I remember during the earlier days of my marriage, when I boiled soup for the children's father, I used a whole chicken when there were only two of us eating at home! Since I cooked almost every weekend, that's a lot of leftover chicken to throw away.I did not learn the basic of cooking a proper meal. I do not even know how to cook my favourite dish then. So, it is no wonder that I have been called a "fun tong" (Cantonese) which literary means "rice bin" which actually means "good for nothing". So, I have been writing out recipes of the food my children enjoy eating and collecting instructional videos and useful links for them to go to to learn from. So, what mistakes have you made which you would like your children to learn from? 2 days later

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
I write about making a living out of waste material that I call abandoned material.

I think my constant blunder is being too worried about OVER doing it on spices, so I end up under doing it instead and having really bland food all the time! I'm working on it though!
