please help me. i made my design in 480 w by 640 l. when i should have done 640 by 480. so how can i put my design on to the 640 by 480 but still have it look like its tall and goes on the side of the shirt

KBShakedown- how can i shrink it but lengthen it to fit to the shirt size if i want it to be tall and run along the side of the shirt and how do i get my seperate colors i have on different layers to come with it?
