my deisign is 480 wide and 640 tall. How can i keep my image looking long and like it runs on the side of the shirt if i change it to 480 l x 640 w

transform -90 degrees and paste in front of your template

when i did that then it just flipped the design sideways and it didnt take the colored layers with it and i really need to know how to do this
