I'm looking for two 80s horror movies, all I remember are some basic scenes, maybe youse guys will recognize it and tell me the titles.

The first one, which still gives me nightmares today, is about a house or attic that consumes evil and manifests into a living being. One scene that could pinpoint the flick is when a guy is riding a motorcycle and crashes into a barbedwire fence. (It is not The Great Escape or The Amityville Horror) *** I think it's The Shuttered Room, just bought it, waiting for it to arrive so when I watch it I'll be sure ***

Number two, in the beginning some kids break into a house, it's evil of course and shit goes wrong. One kid runs out and sees his buddies head in the microwave, which conveniently turns on and his head blows up. He runs and tries to climb out a window, the window starts chopping him and cuts him in half. ***SOLVED*** Superstition
