On this one the 5 colour limit really got to me. If BA was white life would be easy, or if Face, Murdock and Hannibal were black. Either way, it would have been a very different show....

Is there any set formula by which Threadless judge whether a design breaks copyright?
There are a lot of Mario subs in the running for E for all, but I've seen designs in Critique which have been rejected due to copyright issues for having computer game characters in them.
PS. pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaase vote and comment on my design which in no way breaks any Back to the Future copyrights
