it's a different style and everything which i appreciate, but kickin' it really old school was smarter..

I think i'd really like this shirt if i'd never seen kickin' it..

I'm not really feeling the similarities. This one is an homage to the scene in famous Cameron Crowe eighties movie "Say Anything" where John Cusack stands outside his girlfriend's wondow by his car holding his tape player over his head playing Phil COllins. The other one is more dude walking the streets with his ghettoblaster on his shoulder. Reference to the (18)80s comes from the fact that the year 1887 is printed on the shirt, whereas this one references both centuries' 80s due to its connection to the movie so it's cooler if you do really love the (19)80s.

"kickin' it" is nice, but this one is waaay better. Just my $5 (two cents). :)

i agree that this one is superior, especially because of the reference to one of my favorite movies. and it's peter gabriel, not phil collins, geez. ;)
