omg i had the craziest day ever today in chicago. We fisrt went to chicago our train was later like 30 minutes. We got there and didn't know where to go to the taste of chicago so took a bunch of bridges over. eventualy we made it and walked around. I got a chicago styled hot dog with some lipton ice tea very nice. For the whole day we basicly walked around chicago. Later we wanted to leave chicago at 7:40. We asked a police officer saying we from elmhurst how do we get home like what direction to go back to what train station and he said like 2 blocks that way. Well we went to mallenium station and waited 40 minutes. so while waiting we got jamba juice and star bucks. then we went to our train and yea went thought we was going to elmhurst. We here the places and there all street names like 115 and 53rd. we was like oh shit where we going. so then this lady was like in a deep southern black voice "Honey, use in the wrong train" but her and some other people was real nice and told us what to do. We had this cop escourt us out and we were surrounded by like 10 cops, cause ya know 3 white kids on the south side of chicago. We here fire works sounding like gun shots kinda scary. so we talked witht he cops for awhile like bathrooms on train cause omg i needed to go for 2 hours. so we went on the train back to chicago like 9:15 and yea. We called parents and stuff and my mom asked where are you know. me saying "we are in a bad neighborhood". It was all good and we got back. My brother came to pick us up but i have terrible direction skills so he was like stay at this one street and i was like "do u see a building with clear windows... how about a statue" we found him and all went home... omg i love getting lost.
