I'm leaving for Japan on June 30. :D
I am traveling with a group of 15 students, ranging from 18 to mid 20s in age. We'll be attending Ryukoku University in Kyoto. The majority of the trip we'll be staying in a hotel, but for 3-4 days we'll be staying with our own host families. We have free weekends, so my friend and I are thinking about hitting Osaka during that time. I'm hoping I'll somehow get a DSLR before my trip, but I doubt that will happen. haha Anyone ever been to Kyoto or Osaka? Anything I should do or see? I'll be gone for three weeks, I'll miss Threadless and bacontaco! I hope you guys have fun/interesting things going on this summer as well. :)

In the film UHF (starring Weird Al), there's a scene where he makes a "cheesy Twinkie dog" - a Twinkie split in half, with a hot dog and cheese whiz on top.
It looked so terrible, I had to try it.  It didn't actually taste as terrible as I expected... What are some strange food concoctions you've had?  MULTI PASSES! (The Fifth Element) Does anyone else get a thrill from ordering stuff online? lol   Final score: 2.40! Whoa ~ that's the best score I've gotten. :o I'm happy! ... except...how come Rolf's only got 1.89? What's wrong with you people??  AND ginette's? Look at that cat with the tiny crown! Who could resist that?  Has anyone seen it? Is anyone looking forward to it? I might check it out this weekend. :) I just thought it was really amusing. plus there's a daft punk reference, right on.
My hair grows way too fast. :(
