So I recently re-discovered Threadless and after some browsing around, finally settled on some shirts I really liked. So far so good. I made one order of three I really liked, then later made a separate order for two more several days later.

However, shortly after that, I discovered how coupons work, in addition to remembering the Canadian customs fees. I cancelled both orders while I was still able to, and received confirmation e-mails for both saying that the orders had been cancelled like I'd requested. Again, so far so good, and I re-do the orders individually.

However, as of today, I got two notifications saying that the two orders I had cancelled had been, for some reason, shipped-out. That's really worrying me, not in the least because I'd explained to my dad that I'd cancelled the first two and was therefore not over-splurging like he'd thought I was.

I've sent enquiries about it through the site, but I was hoping that maybe someone nice reading this could help clarify if this is something I should worry about, or if I'm getting worked-up over something that will resolve itself. I know I can return items, but I'm still going to have to pay the massive customs charges to get these packages, charges that were the very reason why I'd cancelled the original orders in the first place.

hmmm, seems like the shipping people have been off their game a bit, lately-- this usually doesn't happen.

Since you got your money back anyway, why don't you just leave the packages at the post and ignore them, and order again?

That's a bit weird. I guess check if your credit card was charged? Or just email customer service...they're usually on the ball with these things

Thanks everyone! I did send e-mails earlier, and it seems like the problem got fixed now, so it's all good.
