It was always one of my favourites when I was little.

They've just released an authorised sequel, 80 years after it was published.

And they've introduced a brand new character, Lottie the Otter!

I woke up this morning and thought the world was ending. There was a massive storm last night that caused a blackout and now huge winds from it have blown all this dust in from the outback somewhere. Everything is orange. I thought it was on fire.

I want to go out and take some photos except I have a cold and people who are sick shouldn't go out in it. I'm breathing it in already, it's seeping inside.

News story.

By Dangerfield's Pulp Kitchen Brand, which is pretty much famous for those one-colour-photo-of-a-famous-person-from-before-you-were-born-or-who-just-died-we-don't have-the-likeness-rights-to-in-a-box-on-a-black-or-white-shirt tees that all the kids on Idol are wearing these days.

It's a dodgy one colour version of Breaking Up is Hard to Do.

This brand has ripped off Threadless before, last time it was with the "I have never been to NY" tee, but that head been taken off Threadless by then anyway.

And I have seen it twice.

And now it is on TV yet again.

It's the one where some guy asks Charlotte for anal sex.

I don't think I'll watch it again.

Just throwing it out there.

Inspired by Kelsi's blog I have, like a month later because I'm lazy, made you some mixes conveniently arranged according to your favourite genre! Warning: genre descriptions are vague and arbitrary.

I made seven. But for now, you get five. Urban can go up tomorrow and I'm still trying to define and refine exactly what a modern classic is. But really, all this stuff is from the past two years or so. And so that last mix will include bands that are still around but put out the best example of their stuff a little longer ago. Not that I'm in any way suggesting they're past their prime.

acoustic
Acoustic Mix. 8 songs, 29:34, 45.5MB [Download]

indie
Indie Mix. 10 songs, 34:05, 47MB [Download]

rock
Rock Mix. 10 songs, 36:26, 45.5MB [Download]

electronic
Electronic Mix. 10 songs, 38:08, 41.1MB [Download]

pop
Pop Mix. 10 Songs, 33:31, 41.8MB [Download]

urban
Urban Mix. 10 Songs, 37:48, 42.1 MB [Download]

Modern Classics Mix.

Stay tuned!

Don't click it. Even if you want to leave a hilarious comment. It redirects you somewhere straight away. I've never seen something like that happen on Threadless. Now I've got to do a dman virus scan.

Mister Mittens' Big Adventure - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

It was Mr Mittens. It was on a science segment of this kids' show, Rollercoaster. The host was wearing it, but the starfield looked more like a cloud and it was not printed all over. Also the t-shirt was grey not black.

There's video here just click "Play the latest videos" then scroll down to "Surfing Scientist."

I have bad camera phone pics too, but need to find my SD card adaptor.

You are all wonderful. You are all beautiful. You smell great. You care so much. The men in your lives should treat you better. Your legs are sexy. Your smiles light up the room. You look great in your favourite jeans. You spend your money on other people. Your laughter is infectious. You understand accounting, or you understand more about accounting than you think. You never wear watches which makes you so completely dependant on me if you ever want to know the time and can't find your phone in the junk in your handbag, which feels great because I am completely and utterly dependant on you in every other way. You make me laugh.

Sometimes you have terrible taste in music. Sometimes you can't find stuff on maps. I'm not having a go about "women can't read maps." I mean sometimes you can't find really obvious stuff, like Egypt. And sometimes that is so frustrating.

But attempting to unhook a bra can be frustrating. But if you stick with it, there are tremendous rewards. And I shouldn't be frustrated, we'll just fly to Egypt one day and we can learn new things together.

You give me a reason to try harder. You make me better. I am sad when I let you down, because you deserve so much more.

Here is a funny picture of some dogs to thank you for being so wonderful:

You make life on this planet a joy.
